1/4 cup garlic (peeled cloves)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups local honey
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh grated Ginger Root
Heat vinegar in sauce pan med heat, add garlic.
Simmer for 1 mins... don't brown garlic. Remove the garlic toes,
Add ginger and Cayene flakes.
Heat for 1 minute,
Strain to remove ginger/pepper pieces.
Add enough apple cider vinegar to return volume to 1/4 cup.
Stir in honey. let cool,
Store in the fridge for up to 3 months.
Use 1 tsp for children or 1 Tablespoon for adults
As you feel cold or flu symptoms coming on.
It doesn't taste bad.
Can also be used as a condiment as needed.
